I haven’t seen anything quite like this in a while. It’s absolutely fabulous and exciting and not to mention different. It’s refreshing to see designs that follow trends but are quite not the trends. Sevon Dejana, a Nigerian fashion label, mixes the old and the new together, and there’s a bit of the old Hollywood glamour look in its collection.
With a mixture of leather, suede, fur, satin, crepe, velvet, damask and sheer, Sevon brings back curly hair, handgloves, deep plunging cuts, flare sleeves, chokers, thigh-high splits, peplums, floor length gowns to 2016 in a unique style.
The Collection titled “Ohun Ijinle”, a Yoruba word for Mystery was designed by Sevon Dejana and photographed by Ademola Odusami, it’s muse was, Nigerian model, China Eze and she was styled by Moses Ebite.
