More from the African Fashion Week

Among the designers at the African Fashion Week held in Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria was Sandrah Tuboberini’s Tubo, a women’s wear label from Ghana.

The collection featured exquisite evening gowns, and a lot of color.

I think that what I love most about the collection is how each piece is cut to beautifully define and accentuate the female body.

From the off-shoulders gowns, tummy- baring flare tops, polka dot skirts, stilettos, and peplum, each piece was clearly for the modern feminine woman.

The models accessorized their looks with veiled fascinators. The fashion label really meant business.
